New Year’s Day!
We will ring in the New Year on January 1st by making a gratitude list. We take so much for granted and do not appreciate what we have until it is gone. Join us at 3:30 pm in the 3rd-floor dining room as we create our gratitude list of what we are grateful for. We will continue to look at this throughout the year to remind ourselves.
January 10th – National Houseplant Day
January 10th is National Houseplant Day. Plants are therapeutic, lifting your mood and outlook. Plants add warmth and a calming effect. If you’re interested in having a plant in your room, come to our plant potting event at 11:00 am on the patio.
January 31st – Hot Chocolate Day
Join us on January 31st as we celebrate Hot Chocolate Day. Although it does not get as cold here in Florida as it does up north, we still enjoy a nice warm cup of hot chocolate. We will have a hot chocolate bar in the 2nd-floor dining room with various chocolates and toppings to enjoy.
As we practice proper social distancing protocols in our community, we are proud to feature modified programming to continue providing vibrancy for our residents and employees.
