Food Service Director
Gwendolyn has a degree in Food Service from the University of Florida. She has been working in healthcare for over three decades. Her Godmother, who also was in food service in healthcare, helped her get her first job when she was still in high school, working part-time. After she graduated, she was offered a full-time position as a cook, and that's where she wanted to learn more about the healthcare food service industry, and where she still is today. Gwendolyn loves what she does. It's always a learning experience when serving the needs of the residents and meeting new people. She is always willing to learn and explore any ideas that are presented to her. In her spare time, she likes to read, dance and spend time with her family.
